Most recently prior to joining Revere Partners, Johnny Chang de Gruiter served as Head of Strategic Partnerships within the Strategic Ventures and Impact Investing division at CareQuest Innovation Partners, where he focused on building and scaling partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Johnny also co-founded a digital health SaaS company and has held roles across M&A, strategy, and business development for national health systems and private equity backed platforms, including Cancer Treatment Centers of America and US Anesthesia Partners.

He brings over 10 years of experience spanning healthcare, construction, and heavy industries, with a strong focus on venture capital, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.

Johnny holds an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and has completed additional programmes including the National Venture Capital Association VC University, McKinsey & Company Management Accelerator, Innovation in Healthcare Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and Healthcare Analytics from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
