Most recently prior to joining Revere Partners, Kevin served as Interim VP of Business Development for Park Dental Partners, responsible for leading M&A activities there for over a year.  Kevin also served as Vice President and then Chief Corporate Development Officer at Delta Dental of Minnesota for 8 years, where he lead the completion of over 20 transactions.   He has 30+ years Med-tech and related experience and has completed $200M+ value of related transactions. He also has extensive experience dealing with VCs & PEs. Prior to Delta Dental, Kevin served as CEO of Critical Perfusion (entered into JV with Nestle Health Sciences), and BioDrain Medical (took public) and CFO of OrthoRehab (sold to Otto Bock). He also worked at St. Jude Medical in Corporate Development and has many years of experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking.  Kevin is currently consulting, primarily with transactional related opportunities.  He has served on Boards in the past, most recently on the Board of Primal Health, an oral health related company.

Kevin attended Gustavus Adolphus College, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.   He later attended the Darden School at the University of Virginia, where he received his MBA degree.
