At Credo Ventures, we want to source and work with the most talented and ambitious founders in the CEE region. My responsibility is to cover the Czech market and consequently assist our portfolio companies with their scaling and expansion efforts. As a first step, however, I want to build relationships early on and prepare the companies for raising their first venture capital.

I can help the founders with setting up company ownership structures, preparation for the fundraising process, financial modeling, business models and the creation and management of ESOP.
