I am enthusiastic about building communities and organising events that connect people and benefit the society. I am currently working at Kiwi.com, one of the fastest growing technology companies that improves world travel.
My job is to build the Kiwi.com brand as an interesting technology employer to improve recruitment. I do this by strategically building the Kiwi.com community, managing marketing channels, and through planning and organising IT conferences, hackathons, training programs, meetups and competitions. Last year we organized more than 160 events in 23 countries in a five-member team.
I've been working with communities since I worked on a project from Google - Digital Garage, which successfully trained over 20,000 students and companies, as well as a student project Lidé z Praxe that puts theory and practice together through student discussions, meeting with inspiring personalities, and whose channel has over 2 million views on YouTube.
