I started as an IT recruiter in REED a couple of years ago but always wanted closer contact with candidates. My journey continued to Inventi, a consultancy company, where I worked as an HR Specialist and Account manager, though I still aspired to not only hire candidates but to also take care of them once they started working. I landed a spot as an HR Manager in Storyous, where I am now, and worked my way up to the Head of HR. Thanks to this opportunity, I am able to closely cooperate with my colleagues on recruitment and hiring, onboarding, the company culture, employee engagement and satisfaction, various events from team buildings to All Hands meetings, and much more.
I have been studying psychology full-time the entire time and am currently in training to become a Clinical Psychologist and another training to be a psychotherapist. My personal deep interest in psychology helps me connect and understand candidates, colleagues, and managers with ease, even in critical situations.
